"Yes the room was very clean and so was the lobby and corridors. The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day. We could not get a discounted price because we did not book directly with them but they did give us a 15$ gift card to Dunkin donuts. "

"The hotel room itself was excellent and the location was perfect. Only negative was the staff was not very friendly, apart from the morning desk staff during checkout who was excellent. During check in the desk attendant spoke to another person behind the desk more than me. The interaction with me were brief words like "ID" or just pointing to the card reader when he wanted me to pay. It just felt like we were a bother to him for checking in."
