I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing. The location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. Staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues visiting Beijing.

The room is fabulous. A little bit tired, but still fabulous, and always clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the breakfast room is beautiful.
Staff could not be more accommodating and helpful.

The room and the Great Wall view was excellent. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The free pick-up and drop-off to the wall was a nice touch. The spa and massage was great and the breakfast was really nice too.
