"Incredible service, kaiseki, and room. Amenities were top notch, I didn't even make it into the town I enjoyed the room so much. I wish I could've stayed longer! Really wonderful experience for my family to get together and enjoy. One thing I didn't expect - our room was in a special area that didn't allow a local friend of mine to visit without a $75 extra charge. A shame because the room was so spacious and I had ordered a cake to share. Just something to be wary of if booking a room with a private bath. "
