Great location, ok stay

The location being so close to the train station is hard to beat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby looks very clean and nice, but when we went up to the floor our room was on, it felt like the elevator had transported us somewhere else. It was very industrial and cold. The rooms are very basic. Not super comfortable, but fine. I might stay here again because the location is so convenient, but I'd be better prepared for what to expect.

I liked that this property was a short walk from the Himeji train station. If you wanted to buy groceries, the nearest stores were a good 15-20 minute walk away, but there were convenience stores nearby if needed. Lots of restaurants in the station area itself. The biggest negative that would be for this location is if you are a light sleeper, the train noise was very loud. Especially when the express shinkansen roared through Himeji station. I was able to sleep through all that, but when I was awake, I could really hear the roar of the trains. The area seemed safe and quiet.

ツインの部屋でしたが、2つのベッドのうち1つは、サイズが小さなエキストラベッド(簡易ベッド)のようなもので、マットもフラットでなく、寝心地が非常に悪かったです。

コスパが良いのと駅近で便利、多くは望めないがトイレ周辺に毛が落ちていて不潔な印象を受けた。電車の音は気にならないが、高所恐怖症なのでエレベーターを下りてからの移動や大浴場までも怖くてたまらなかった。コスパが良いので、また利用したいが低層階を希望したい。私のような客もいると思うので一言添えていただけると安心です。

ホテルは部屋の外は外廊下であり、マンションの様になっている。上下階から部屋に入る様子も見れるので安全面が心配。部屋前にゴミが溜まっており、部屋の中にも前の宿泊客が残していったゴミが転がっていた。禁煙ルームだったがタバコ臭く、布団、ベッドも汚れや髪の毛があり、非常に不快でした。
