Breakfast was ¥2100 but menu options somewhat limited. They do have both some Hokkaido specialties, which is more of an acquired taste. Convenient location to trains/subway, and some tourist attractions. Walkable to Tanukikoji and Susukino. Cleaning services limited to towels and trash removal. Other services/rentals cost $. Loved the in-room laundry machine and free soft served ice cream cones! Staff very friendly and helpful - even helped me fill out forms for on-site courier service to send parcels. This is definitely a plus if you want to ship your luggages to another hotel or avoid the hassle of going to the post office.

Good overall but few shelves or places to put items in bathroom or in the room. About ten minutes walk to main Sapporo station, so easy enough to get to airport and downtown. Finding dining nearby a little difficult.

Overall, the hotel was OK. However, my arrival experience was severely undermined by the exceptionally unhelpful conduct of one staff member.
Upon arriving approximately two hours early, I inquired about the possibility of a slightly earlier check-in. She dismissively stated it was impossible without checking availability and immediately quoted an additional charge. When I asked her for a nearby cafe to wait, she recommended a location that I later found had been permanently closed for four months.
Most dismaying was the discovery of a guest lounge situated right next to the reception desk which she completely failed to mention, leaving me to wait elsewhere. As a frequent global traveler, this level of inattentive service and lack of guest consideration was genuinely astonishing and unacceptable.
