"I had reviewed LaRiSa last week and had mentioned I'd consider altering (my 4*) review based on my 2nd experience. And I did revise it--upward! There are several reasons why I revised my review upward, including the incredible staff--Priya at the restaurant, and Hitesh (among others--I forget their names) at the reception. They had a bottle of wine waiting for me upon check in. Plus, they were very responsive and helpful through out. I'd definitely want to stay here again. I didn't use the pool, but the water wasn't clear; it was cloudy and thus uninviting. By the way, the restaurant at LaRiSa has some of the BEST food food ever--particularly for lunch/dinner. (The b'fast is so-so.) The Lebneh is to die for. My friends absolutely loved the spaghetti alfredo. I thought the burrata wasn't bad, particularly considering the warm Indian climes. The environs around the hotel isn't the best; it's at least a kilometer to anywhere. The surroundings aren't unsafe, but they aren't very appealing either. But this is not something that the hotel can control. Overall, definitely a good place to stay and chill! Recommended."

"Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way. the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc) They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8. however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb."

"My first room door lock wouldn’t work and couldn’t be fixed and because hotel was full they couldn’t transfer me to another room until 2 days later. At time of checkout my 2 Mastercard wouldn’t work and I had to use my corporate Amex. Those same cards worked perfectly for the rest of my trip in all other hotels. They also couldn’t provide me a hard copy of my invoice because of some computer/network issue (might explain the credit card issue somehow…) and even though they said they would send one by mail I never got it."

"Stuck overnight in Goa due to IndiGo operational issues led to last minute booking at this hotel. Service and facility were both excellent, I’d choose to stay here again"
