I stayed here with my 11 yo son. We were in room 4001 a deluxe river review. The room was clean & well maintained on the river, which was beautiful. The room is not over looked & you don't have guests walking past. It was perfect.
The pool is small, but the pool staff are very attentive. Though I find it odd to have plastic coverings on the sun beds.
The restaurant is reasonably priced & we ate there for breakfast and a dinner. The staff couldn't be more helpful - the service was amazing.
The hotel is on the beach, but it is 5 minutes to get to the sea. You can walk along to some restaurants in about 10 minutes. You can also walk all the way up to Arambol in 30 mins. You can walk down to Morjim in less than 2 hours if you wanted. A taxi back is around Rs 500. Nearby are several places for massage. There is also the cafe Artjuna which is lovely. There are several people who will do laundry.
The hotel is small & so you quickly get to know the staff and other guests. It has a family feel.
I booked through Expedia with breakfast, but the voucher didn't explicitly state it was included, so they would not provide breakfast. I had to contact Expedia & get them to contact the hotel to confirm. I feel the staff could have done this themselves.
The hotel was busy our next night, so we went and stayed somewhere else & returned to a deluxe sea view room 5002. The room was not as well maintained and smelled odd.
Overall though perfect & we will return.
