This phenomenal property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind inside and on the patio overlooking the 9th hole of the Lakes golf course. With fabulous decor and cozy furnishings, this condo is the perfect home away from home complete with a full kitchen and updated appliances, a gas fired BBQ, a 70" TV, and access to the community pool/spa. The Blacklake Golf Course has three nine-hole courses onsite, a bar/restaurant and is within easy driving distance (10 miles or less) of three other Golf Courses. Nipomo is conveniently located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria and this condo is an easy drive to several beaches (incl. Pismo Beach); multiple wineries and restaurants; hiking trails; theatre (PCPA and the Melodrama); Farmers Market in Avila Beach or San Luis Obispo and lots of shopping. A covered carport is included in front of the condo, with plenty of free parking for guests.
