"Property was clean and well kept. Pool was clean and they kept plenty of towels stocked up which was a plus given the number of kids there and the high towel usage. The room was LOUD. The AC sounded like an airplane landing in our room. We ended up keeping it off and opening our balcony door for cool air. Breakfast was plentiful, but sausage was undercooked and eggs were the “not sure if they’re real” variety. Plenty of yogurt, fruit, etc as alternate options. Beach access was convenient. Late checkout was an extra charge which was disappointing. Given the very high price of the rooms, an extra hour should have been gratis. "

"The Terrace Rooms (e.g., #31) here all the 101 Freeway noise throughout the night. Also, loud bass thumping music was heard from the large complex across Monterey Street which made sleeping difficult to impossible through the early morning hours between 3:30 and 8 am,"
