Lovely stay in Niort
Absolutely lovely hotel. The room was beautiful and our bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly for check-in and for breakfast service. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Stylish Location in Niort
A very stylish family owned hotel on the edge of downtown Niort. Extremely friendly English speaking owner with most professional staff. Charming room with Picasso ink drawings and the breakfast room looking out onto a hidden walled garden. A most charming hotel experience.

Nice hotel in bad neighbourhood
Manager was welcoming and helpful initially but his attitude changed considerably when he became frustrated because he could not start a guest's car to reposition it so that we could depart. He burst into foul language. He also mislead us regarding the noise from the prison next door claiming that it initiated from some drunken revelers. We later discovered that there was a prison next door and the inmates were crying out loudly until the early hours of the morning ( 2.30am ) One could block out most of this noise by closing the window but if you like some fresh air as we do then this was of little use. The room was large ,comfortable with a nice bed, linen and bath towels. There was no fridge and the small room safe had not been anchored to the wall so it could have easily have been removed Our tip is to ask for a room overlooking the street as the prison is at the rear of the hotel.

Parfait !
Très bon séjour d'une nuit, literie et chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait avec des produits frais. Beau jardin intérieur avec quelques places de parking en centre ville. Merci aussi d'accepter nos amis les chiens.

cher client .... de la chambre 9 ... nous vous informons que toutes nos chambres sont dotées de double vitrage .. nous sommes désolés si vous n'avez pas apprécié votre séjour cependant vous avez choisi un établissement en centre ville avec les contraintes sonores que cela peut engendrer .. si vous étiez sensible au bruit soit éviter de séjourner en centre ville ( nous précisons que Niort n'est pas Paris ! ) soit comme vous l'avez fait remarquer préciser que vous étiez sensible au bruit auquel cas nous aurions fait en sorte de vous trouvez une chambre donnant sur le jardin .. si l'hôtel est parfait votre sensibilité au bruit ne justifie pas la note attribuée
