Quiet location but very convenient for town attractions, shops, cafes, etc. Good secure parking.

Nice hotel for a stopover in this lovely town. Room rather small but adequate. Nice breakfast, €12 pp. Free parking in secure car park. Easy walk into centre.

Super little hotel. Very clean modern rooms. 5 minute walk from the centre of Niort. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and sites to visit. Ask for a room not facing the street or you’ll hear the cars. We were unlucky to have construction work wake us up in the morning.

Lovely stay in medieval Niort
Niort is an historic town with a large pedestrian area. Our hotel by the river is very comfortable and has secure parking and accepts pets. Only one complaint - the taxi service to and from the restaurant zone of La Breche, about 3 to 4 minutes away cost €30 which was a bit of a rip-off.

The room was very small. The beds were OK though and the free parking was appreciated. A workman walked into our room without knocking as we were having an afternoon nap!

Functional Hotel in Excellent Location
Typical business hotel with adequate facilities in good location close to the town centre and the river. The breakfast was basic for the price. The room air conditioner was still set to heat although the outside temperature reached 29C during our stay

Nice hotel made great by its helpful friendly staf
We booked a comfort room which is worth the extra expense. The hotel is a little dated in places but then it is comfortable and clean and the beds are great. The hotel however is lifted above the average by its staff who are friendly and helpful and always seem willing to help out (2 extra blankets were quickly provided when requested by my wife. Also a table was booked for us at a local resturant when we enquired about good places to eat)

Nice hotel very close to shops
Staff were helpful and spoke enough English to communicate. Room was comfortable and so was the bed which is always a bonus. A quaint town which suited as we were only doing a one night stopover. Breakfast typically French so quite basic. A good experience would return if in the area again.

Great little hotel, good family room setup (much spacier than an equivalent at say Ibis or Campanile). Second time I booked this place on our family holiday trip. Great front desk staff, and convenient breakfast. Loving it.

Overnight stay enroute to St Malo
We have stayed here twice before, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are immaculately clean. Well worth paying a bit extra for Superior Room. Hotel is real value for money

Well located and good customer service
Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room, great location and we were really happy with the service provided. Breakfast was extra but good value and decent quality. We are due to stay again in Niort in the near future and will be looking to book again at this hotel if possible.The lady who checked s in when we arrived was extremely pleasant an helpful.

Perfect Family Hotel in the middle of the city
Easy to find, very friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in (no forms to be filled out or anything). Good advise / orientation on food options. Hotel was freshly renovated and in tip-top shape. With a family room available (double+single bed), a very good value for us on our holiday trip. Only challenge could be the parking lot which could be full if you arrive late and all rooms are booked.

Great hotel to break up a long journey
We stayed for one night on a journey down to the south of France. A great stop over hotel and not too far to walk into the town centre. Breakfast was well laid out and plentiful.

Perfect for overnight stay.
Nice riverside location, good car park, friendly, helpful service. Standards of cleanliness high throughout hotel, had a great sleep in comfortable double bed. Good selection for continental breakfast option. Would definitely use again for a stopover on way to Dordogne. Niort also a pleasant place to stay, we took a walk along river and headed into Centre-ville for something to eat, good selection of restaurants.

We arrived late and the staff was spectacular. They were very welcoming, ensured we were well settled and offered several restaurants for dinner. Parking was a bit tight be available, and if you need a shower you will need to settle for a bath.
