"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we encountered a minor issue on our second day regarding breakfast. When we came down for breakfast, we were informed that it was not included with our booking, despite my wife having called the front desk the early morning to add it to our room. We then waited for 15 minutes when we came down because our names were not on the list. While we eventually enjoyed breakfast, the initial confusion and wait were a bit frustrating since we never received confirmation that our names had been added. We headed out for activities and I sustained a minor injury while participating in activities, and when my wife called to request an ice pack for my foot, the staff immediately offered to send someone to our room to assist with patching up my leg and arm. Within 15 minutes, a young gentleman named Vinh arrived. He was incredibly polite, professional, and caring as he attended to my injury. Just 10 minutes later, his manager, Hoang, also came to our room to check on me and offered further assistance, including arranging a visit to a nearby doctor if needed. He also kindly offered a complimentary breakfast to-go the following morning, knowing we had an early checkout. I truly appreciate the staff's attentiveness and care. This is what I consider superior service, and we will definitely be returning for our upcoming trips."

"First time in Vietnam and VinPearl, great staff, we had our own pool, transport always easy to get. free cable car made it easy to explore the mainland. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- awesome with the view over the bay. Love it. "

"Our stay at Lalya was definitely 10/10. We greated very warmly at the lounge, and were taken to the resort by speedboat!The hotel boasts an amazing private beach, expansive greenery , biodiversity and activities but real stars that truly make it a little paradise are the people here. We stayed in a lagoon villa, which was the perfect paradise for our 4 nights there. The rooms were very well equipped and superbly maintained. The food at the main restaurant was always on point. Everything at breakfast was so fresh and well prepared with plenty of live stations and choice for western and Asian cuisine. The a la cart menu for lunch/dinner had lots of choice too. Mr. Duyet the restaurant manager, has truly made our stay memorable. We are vegetarian and he went out of his way and got us especially made dishes which were out of this world. The team including Vy were very kind and hospitable. Hats off to Ha and Vinh for making us the heartiest pho and pancakes everyday. The spa: Thi is incredibly knowledge and is a master of her art. My only regret is leaving the spa appointment towards the end of the stay. Hau and Yum gave us an incredible massage . They were clearly practised and knowledgeable. The review would be incomplete if I didn't mention the jack of all trades for our stay here, An (our butler), who is an absolute star. He is personable and professional. He remembered all our requests and preferences and had solutions/ answers to all our questions."
