This elegant villa is spread over two floors and offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a private balcony with a beautiful view. On the lower floor there is a spacious open-space living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room — the perfect place for socializing and sharing moments.



For a complete wellness experience, the villa is equipped with a sauna, gym and heated hydromassage pool. The outdoor area is breathtaking — enjoy the heated pool, prepare your favorite dishes on the grill or relax on the covered terrace with the scents of the Mediterranean.



There are also two additional separate bathrooms available, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the property, satellite TV and free parking.



Located in the peaceful Zaton, the villa is close to charming Nin and picturesque Zadar, and is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the Kornati, Paklenica, Krka and Plitvice Lakes national parks.
