Absolutely the perfect place to stay. The location is amazing. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and lovely. Restaurants and shops nearby. Right by the train station and bus stops but extremely clean and quiet. Very walkable. Just perfect!!

Modern Aparthotel in excellent location
A large building with several amenities, such as gym, spa, and laundry facilities. Close to the train/bus station, and just a block or two from the Roman arena. The hotel staff are welcoming and give good information regarding restaurants. The apartment was well appointed with all the utensils I needed, but my needed are simple. A very comfortable stay.

Great location. Walking distance from the train station. Close to the arena. Bus stop right outside. The people working the front desk were extremely helpful. Room was good. Breakfast was a bit limited but sufficient.

Excellent stay in Nîmes!
We booked this because we felt it was a good value for money and we were right! Upon arrival we were very pleased. It's a fantastic location! The building is easy to find, clean and generally good looking. Everyone we encountered at reception was so lovely and happy to help! Our studio was very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed, useful kitchen area, lovely seating with TV and large bathroom. The only complaint I might have was that it was a bit noisy at times. Clearly this used to be a larger apartment and we shared the wooden floors with the 2 adjoining rooms so we could hear them creak a lot (especially with a child on one side and people coming back and forth late in the night). I'm a light sleeper, but it was nothing earplugs couldn't fix. We didn't take advantage of the private sauna or the late-night pizza services, but we wish we had! We would definitely return!

I will start with the positive: this hotel does have an incredible location in the very center of Nimes. Our room had a lovely view of the plaza and we were within steps of the Nimes Arena. It was also relatively quiet. That said, this hotel just didn't strike me as a four-star property at all. We were jet-lagged when we first arrived so we went to take a quick nap before going to explore the city, only to find dried blood (or best case scenario, rust) on the sheets. The front desk agent did immediately come remake the bed with new sheets, but that was a bit alarming. Overall, the room just seemed dirty and dusty and that impression was only reinforced by the dark, musty-smelling hallways. The bathroom situation was also odd. Our room had a small bathroom with just a toilet by the door, with a larger bathroom (shower/bath combo and sink, no toilet) next to the bedroom. This was awkward at night as you had to walk all the way through the apartment to go to the bathroom. The shower drain also got clogged every time we took a shower, resulting in a few inches of standing water much to my husband's disgust. While the location was wonderful, I just don't think we would choose to stay at this hotel again due to the issues mentioned above.

this is our second stay at the hotel ~ the first was five years ago when we were impressed with the location and the size of the rooms. now, it seems the hotel is need of an update ~ mold in the grout, toilet pushers worn down to the plastic, bathroom flooring looming dingy, and terribly flimsy towels. the location is cpnvenient and the rooms are a comfortable size but the finishes are very cheap and have worn very poorly over the years.

Great location, clean, attractive. Would go back. There was one little thing that irked us, though. The little coffee packets in the room was not replaced after we used them the first morning. When we asked for more, we were told that it was only a welcome gift for the first night, and if we wanted more we would have to pay for it. Sheesh. Really?

Relaxing stay
Perfectly situated on a beautiful square next to old town where a wine and food festival was held one evening during our stay. Hotel staff spoke reasonable English and were very helpful. On arrival, we were given a small pocket map of the town and a list of recommended eateries. The only negative I can comment on was that the breakfast room was too small and very crowded, so we had le petit dejeuner at local cafes after our first morning.

Wonderful Nimes
I paid for three rooms, and everyone was happy ! The rooms are big, the bed is very comfortable, the view of the park was fantastic !! Cannot fault the location and lovely room. Room generally very clean, just let down by some of the cutlery/mugs in the kitchenette. Staff were very pleasant.

Apartment a bit dark. Strange bathroom arrangement. No mirror in toilet area. Shower over bath only. Very French! Balcony very drab with tired furniture. Arranged early check-in in advance (payable). On arrival was told that this was not available. Good location- very central.

The property was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The water closet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, which was odd. And, the bathroom is across the living room from the bedroom. But, we would stay there, again!!

We love the location and the space was generally very nice. The bathroom configuration is very unusual but we managed.
