"Tudo péssimo! Viajamos 600km e quando Chegamos no hotel com reserva confirmada, fomos mal recebidos pela atendente dizendo que o hotel não tinha convênio com a Hotéis.com e não tinha vagas. Tivemos que voltar 80km para achar um hotel disponível, pois a demanda estava altíssima devido a grandes eventos e o vestibular, fazendo ficarmos sem hotel.

"Excelente estadia. Lugar perfeito para base de Palmas para quem vai visitar o Jalapão. A pousada é um pouco afastada, então para ficar nela pense em alugar um carro. Vale super a pena pois você continuar em um clima de lazer e natureza. Quartos confortáveis e café da manhã generoso"

"I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed. "
