Very good hotel in Palmas. Great location, large and clean room, excellent bed and shower. The hotel has a great structure and has auditoriums for events. The breakfast is also very good.
Tive problemas em achar minha reserva no check in, passei por 3 atendentes , os 2 primeiros apenas alegavam secamente q não tinha nenhuma reserva em meu nome . Mas o terceiro depois de tempo q fiquei com os outros, achou a reserva e estava tudo ok

Só sentimos falta de uma piscina e nada mais!
O atendimento tanto da recepção quanto das pessoas responsáveis pelo café da manhã precisam melhorar…
O café da manhã antes do horário previsto para finalização não tinha reposição. No dia 02/05, perguntamos várias vezes se fariam reposição e afirmaram que sim… demoraram tanto que chegou o horário final do café e não repuseram.
No dia 04/05, estávamos saindo de viagem às 06:00, com os café da manhã pronto, não liberaram que pudéssemos começar um pouco antes.
Ótima opção, principalmente se vc estiver de carro
Hotel com excelente relação custo benefício, bom café da manhã, quarto amplo, faltou smart tv. A única observação é que poderiam vender água de litro e disponibilizar uma bombona de água no café da manhã, pois nas o local mais próximo para comprar água a um preço razoável que encontrei foi no Saidera, cerca de um quilômetro do hotel. Também não gostei da metodologia de cobrança, pois o valor já foi debitado antes de eu chegar no hotel, não oferecendo se quer a opção de parcelamento dos valores e o Hoteis.com falava que o pagamento seria no hotel.
Apenas alguns ruídos... Acredito que era sobre o sistema da reciclagem da água no banheiro, pois ao acender a lâmpada do banheiro fazia um barulho sem parar até que desligasse a lâmpada. Este barulho era ouvido do outro apartamento, porém em sonoridade menor...
Como era o último apartamento do corredor e dava acesso à uma escada de frente, o barulho das pessoas também incomodou!
Incrível. O hotel, bem localizado, oferece as condições específicas para aproveitar bem a estadia. Ficamos hospedados no 7º andar. Muito bom! Café da manhã excelente, aprovado. Quarto confortável, tudo novo e cheiroso, ducha maravilhosa. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias. Ar condicionado funcionado bem. Blackout garante um sono tranquilo. O staff da recepção é muito eficiente. Tudo bem agilizado. Mas vou tecer comentários para aprimorar o que já é bom:
1. Não vejo vantagem em cobrar o café da máquina (pode até diluir o valor nas diárias de todo o hotel). Deve ser cortesia também. Café é patrimônio brasileiro e atrai;
2. O cuscuz não precisa ser salgado (os itens nele já são, então acaba exagerado);
3. É preciso "vigiar" a salada de frutas (e outros congêneres). Uma ou outra mosca passeando ali retira todo o charme do café;
4. O horário do café na semana deveria ir até as 10h, e nos finais de semana até as 10h30. Ainda que se mude o formato (uma ficha onde o hóspede indica o que deseja comer/beber, pois assim otimiza o consumo e permite desfrutar mais tempo);
5. No quarto: ficamos no 706. Quando o vizinho se mexia (ou se debatia) na cama, praticamente íamos junto. A parede é fina e reverbera demais. Tem que pensar numa solução.
No mais, adoramos o hotel e iremos voltar para acompanhar sua evolução.
