"Ther Lodge was close to where family live. The staff were excellent. communicate well obliging Parking was good. Disabled facilities were excellent. Ony minor challenge was disabled rooms were in the centre of the building. A better option would be to have these rooms close to exterior doors. Room doors, while fire retardant were heavy to use. Dining room awaits a new catering team, The Tote had well priced meals easily billed to your room. Everything was tried to be easy "

My mam and I were visiting from Australia and booked a room last minute when there were road closures due to flooding. We were delighted and had the best stay compared to the many hotels we had stayed at north and south. Thank you "
