This detached holiday home with private sauna is located in the beautiful Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, which opened in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away.

The holiday home is ideal for a relaxed holiday with the whole family. The house is furnished in a comfortable and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen with cooking island features, among other appliances, a double Bora hob, two combi ovens, two dishwashers, a wine fridge and an automatic coffee bean machine. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, one with a bath and shower and one with a sauna and a shower. In one of the bedrooms you have access to a smart TV with streaming function. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs you have another six bedrooms, each with two single beds box-spring beds, which may be set up as a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet and one bedroom has a bathroom featuring a bath, shower and toilet. The fourth bathroom, accessible via the landing, has a shower and toilet. In two of the upstairs bedrooms you will find a smart TV with streaming function.

Through the French doors you enter the spacious garden featuring a patio and garden furniture. From here, you have a view of the creek, where the house is located. There is parking for four cars at the holiday home. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car.

At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.
