"Was worried about the photos of the hotel room but our room was newly updated and there was no carpet so that was a huge relief! The staff here were extremely friendly and we had pizza at the restaurant which was very good. Downsides were there is no air conditioning at this hotel and it was quite warm in our room. Because of this we often left the windows to our patio open, and we could hear quite a bit of ruckus from the area below where the staff entrance to the restaurant was located due to deliveries and the dumpster being located there. Also if you miss the bus (that only comes once an hour) you’ll have to walk to the train station which is all uphill which was a challenge with luggage (don’t miss the bus haha). Breakfast was very average… Otherwise it was a great stay! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"We had a fabulous time in the apartment, it was a great base for exploring Lucerne Titlis and Mount Pilatus. The number 10 bus was a great help getting to and from the station with bags but otherwise the walk was fine. Accommodation was spotless and well equipped and I’m sure if we’d needed anything else it would have been no problem. Thankyou for having us to stay"

"The hotel was clean and individual air conditioning a very quiet area. The room was about small but we were not there often except to sleep. There is no AC but a fan was provided. Located by a bus stop. Plan on walking up hill a bit to get to the train station from the hotel"

"The host was responded to all my questions and requested right away. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Only negative was one bedroom only had one plug but our host provided a solution with 2 extension cords right away. I would recommend this apartment with a big group. The chickens, ducks and sheeps in the back were a bonus to see everyday."

"Very good location, at least for our room for 4 adults. Suitable for family. The price is a little bit expensive but it is to be expected of Switzerland. The communication is a little bit hard as there is no reveeption, but aside from that everything is perfect"

"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small fridge in the hallway."

"The property was amazing for the price. The host is responsive and leaves notes for those who have questions. The living room has a window which has an amazing view of a beautiful mountain, and a short 10 minute walk to the vibrant waters. The only minor complaint is that there are many flies, but other than that the place was very nice!"
