"Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir für die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption zu spät waren. Zimmer vielleicht ein bisschen klein, dafür mit Kühlschrank und Balkon. Außerdem ein frisches leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünscht. Auscheckzeit um 10:30 im Urlaub fanden wir früh, aber hier war man bei etwas Verspätung kulant. "Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...
