What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany.

+ two mini fridges
+ very very nice swimming pool
+ good organized services
+ very friendly staff
- they can some times wash carpets and sofa, they were dirty
- food in hotel was very expensive and there was no dining option around

En børnefamilie kommer ikke til at kede sig her, vi havde 4 overnatninger denne gang.
Der var kun et minus, restauranten er desværre ALT for dyr for en familie på 4 hvor både voksne og børn over 6 år. skal betale 39€ pr. Person plus drikkevarer.Vi valgte at spise i byen hver aften af denne grund.

Fijn hotel met goede voorzieningen
Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn prima en schoon. Er is een koffieapparaat met cups aanwezig, evenals theezakjes, maar vreemd genoeg geen waterkoker – dat zou een handige toevoeging zijn.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid, echt een pluspunt.
Wat betreft de wellness: de route naar het zwembad is wat omslachtig en onpraktisch, hier valt zeker nog iets in te verbeteren. Het zwembad zelf is prettig, met meerdere baden om van te genieten.
De algehele massage was aangenaam, maar leek richting het einde wat gehaast.
Over het algemeen hebben we fijne dagen gehad op het complex.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einer tollen Therme. Wir hatten als kleine Familie wirklich unseren Spaß.
Der Bademantelgang zum erreichen der Therme war super, das Frühstück wirklich klasse! Da könnte sich das ein oder andere 4*S Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden.
Ob 25 Euro pro Nacht für einen Hund gerechtfertigt sind, muss jeder selbst wissen. Ich habe es auch schon günstiger erlebt. Lediglich in Amsterdam war es teurer.
Weiterhin finde ich, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos für Hotelgäste sein sollte. Außen herum gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, so dass die Gäste gezwungen werden hier zu parken. 7 Euro ist für manche sicher viel Geld. (7 Euro p. Nacht)
Versteckte Kosten, die so nicht angekündigt waren.
Das Restaurantpersonal war wirklich unheimlich freundlich! Besonders der junge Mitarbeiter mit den Tattoos an den Unterarmen war sehr zuvorkommend. Dies zog sich (eigentlich) durch alle Mitarbeiter die man so antraf. Winzige Ausnahme sind die Rezeptionisten. Gerade das Aushängeschild eines Hotels sollte nicht immer nach 7 Tagen Regenwetter drein schauen. Trotzdem alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Im Sonmer sicher noch lohnenswerter, wenn man nicht ein Sauna-Ultra ist.
