"Fine apartment, centrally located, comfortable enough bed. Had very minimal furnishings (one small lamp next to the bed, with blue light - awful for sleeping; one fan). The check in instructions/photos did not give the right instructions on how to find the lockbox, and I had a long back and forth with the host trying to find it. Because of the lockbox, I just did not feel safe in the space - like anyone else could also have the code and come into the flat."

"This modern two bedroom two bathroom property was perfect for our short stay in Luxembourg. It was easily walkable to the city center and a majority of the sites we wanted to see. There is a street close by that has restaurants and a night club like feel, if you’re into that scene. My only suggestion or observation had to do with the towels and soap provided or like there of. Everybody got one bath towel and one hand towel for each bathroom. No wash cloths, no hand soap in the bathroom. But...

"This was a great apartment for my sister and I to share on our stay in Luxembourg. It was a short and lovely walk to the city center, and this neighborhood was quiet and close to coffee, groceries, and the central train station. Clean and spacious apartment. "

"The apartment is in a perfect location, right next to the tram station, the bank, the pharmacy, the supermarket and the post office. Its view is on the main street and it is located in a fancy building with top notch security. The interior is very spacey and furnished with state-of-the-art appliances. Christian, the owner, was super helpful, checking on my stay by Whatsapp and offering any assistance he could give. This place is highly recommended. "

I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. "Location was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The stairs were a bit tricky but we had small bags so not too bad. The place was comfortable. "

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....
