Hotel Riu Guanacaste - All Inclusive
Excellent property, staffs are great. Good variety of food. We checked out before lunch and were sent to a different restaurant with barely any good choices of food. RIU could avoid this practice to minimize customers dissatisfaction. Otherwise, our experience was pretty good.

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive
Very disappointing. Rooms need a lot of work. A/C broke. Toilet broke twice. Elevator broken. Ceiling fan on high only and made horrible noise. Towel rack dangling out of wall. Asked for it to be repaired which is a 5 minute project. Never done. Staff mostly nice but not always helpful
