"Our room was spotless and service was always quick and efficient"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and are already planning to come back next year! The resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We traveled as three families with children ages 6, 7, and 8, and we always felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. The kiddie pool area was fantastic, especially the shaded covered section where parents could comfortably sit and watch the kids even during the hottest parts of the day. The main pool was also beautiful and relaxing. Another pleasant surprise was the food. We genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. Yes, there is a buffet, which naturally repeats some dishes throughout the week, but they also have menu options that were excellent. The Eggs Benedict were wonderful, and the cheeseburgers were honestly incredible. The location is amazing - literally right across the small dirt road from the beach. The waves were stronger than we expected, so we watched the kids carefully, but they still had an amazing time. The service was outstanding. Scott, the regional director, was constantly checking on guests and making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Overall, we truly had an amazing experience and highly recommend this resort for families! "

"La administracion no fue nada professional ni comprensible debido à la situation que presentamos en cuanto al clima donde esta situado el hotel y mi esposo se emfermo por el calor y la humedad que hay y le dio una alergia muy grande que no respiraba, le notificamos al hotel y nos negaron el refund de las noches restantes que nos quedaban osea fue fatal , llamamos à la persona encargada y nos dijo que no nos devuelven el dinero. Que mala experience hemos tenido en ese hotel"

"They served the same food 3 days in a row! Breakfast, lunch and dinner… The ac didn’t work in the room for the first 2 nights. I had to get moved to another room When I booked it said night clubs , seafood nights we never had any of it! The swim up bar closed every day at 6pm This was not an all inclusive hotel!!!! "

"LOVED my stay. I locked myself out of the safe and the room within the first hour of me checking in and they were patient and quick with helping me. Staff is amazing. I love staying at boutique hotels close to everything but far enough away for the quiet. The beach area was set up so cute with the lights and the pool area was always clean and personable. My only con is that the rooms are small. Perfect for solo travelers but wouldn’t be enough space for a girls trip or more than one person (to me). Would definitely choose this hotel to stay again. "

"Room needed updates; request for water and beer in room needed to be requested daily, which we sometimes never got water for day; ac unit broke twice- no ac to sleep; pool bar ran out of drinks on Sunday; flies at pool bar was overwhelming; toilet clogged first day there; food was below average; staff was great- welcoming and friendly. Beach was great- no rush to grab chairs.. if looking to hub to travel Costa Rica- this is place; if looking for pampering vacation- find somewhere else."
