"The front of house staff were incredibly kind, helpful & welcoming. The staff at breakfast were the perfect hosts too. Lovely room which was well equipped with glassware, toiletries (didn’t even need to have brought a toothbrush!) fluffy towels + bathrobes & slippers! We also had one of the best nights sleep of our holiday. Would highly recommend to family & friends, & should we ever find ourselves in Nicosia again, we know where to stay! Free parking was also massive plus."

"Great place - safe, secure and well appointed. Good comms with the host. The only small annoyance was the shower bracket was broken but overall it was excellent."
"No WIFI at the moment of my stay (not even a router installed) which is surprising. Asked 2 times to solve the problem during my 5 days stay…..no answer.
If you’re 1,95 m tall, you’ll not fit in the bathroom/Shower. The ceilings in the bathroom that has the shower are around 2 meters. The sink faucet was more like a water jet rather than a normal sink.
Lot of things to improve, but overall, was not terrible."

Very pleasant stay overall. The rooms are very modern with very modern lighting etc. Shower was superb. The only drawbacks were that the ground floor rooms could not benefit from opening out onto the courtyard as then there was no privacy. Perhaps upstairs rooms are better? There is also construction work next door which starts at 7 am Monday to Saturday at present. Not the hotel’s fault obviously. Great spot for both new and old town access and close to parking at D’Avila Bastion.

On-site parking was easy and always available. Easy 10 minute stroll to St Lazarus square and associated dining options and shops and beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly, both front desk and service staff. Tennis club next door had limited menu but food was good and it was convenient. Busy every night but we weren't disturbed by noise. Free bike hire, including helmet and lock, were appreciated.

New hotel in very pleasant style.
Very helpful staff, giving good advise on where to go.
Breakfast was a 'la carte, good choices and very good food.
We were on the top-floor with a balcony so very good view of Nicosia and into the occupied zone.
A little out of town, however we would definitely stay there again

Great, cozy little space with only a few rooms in the centre of a well maintained village. The village itself is beautiful and has easy access to the freeway a few kilometres away.
