"A beautiful location that is set away from the hustle and bustle of life, but not too far from state parks to enjoy the biking and hiking trails. Near to attractions such as the New Glarus Brewery, Swiss Village, and depending on time of the year many local festivals to enjoy. The lodge itself was very clean, has plenty of room with a rustic look, homy feel and all the modern comforts to enjoy a relaxing get away. Great for the nature lover and the nighttime star gazer for sure. The host was very friendly, helpful and nearby if needed for advice for nearby attraction or assistance with the property."

"Our stay at Dalsoren was fantastic! Thea's communication leading up to our stay was very timely and helpful. The property itself is gorgeous, with extensive walking/hiking trails mowed throughout the 245 acres. The home is outfitted with just about everything you could ever need. It's an incredibly relaxing environment which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed 9 nights and were never wanting for anything. We HIGHLY recommend Dalsoren!!We have travelled to the Driftless Region several times and the views & scenery are beautiful. We loved exploring the local area - some of our favorites included the Dane County Farmers Market in Madison, Hooks Cheese in Mineral Point, the shops in Mt Horeb. and Frank Lloyd Wright's home (Taliesin) south of Spring Green."

"An absolute-must stay for large groups! We brought our family to the Big Sky Barnhouse in Arena and loved all of the amenities that it provided. The kids lived in the indoor playground and the 9-hole mini-golf course. The adults and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, and theater room. It is an awesome, creative conversion with gorgeous Amish woodwork and tons of space. You literally do not need to leave the property to have the best weekend ever."
Riverfront Cabin Near Yellowstone Lake State Park

"Nice, clean cabin on the river. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had basics but it could use a couple of things like sugar for coffee and salt and pepper. Having a fire was great as there was a firepit by the cabin and by the river. If looking for fishing we had a little luck but there are also other areas by the spillway and Yellowstone lake to try."
