"We were delighted by our stay here at Metung. The town is so beautiful and the hot springs are a special treat in a picturesque environment. Dorothy responded quickly to our questions. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. It was nice that they provided some biscuits. The shower was good. "

"Great location, friendly staff, dated, but clea n room. Plenty of towels and even a nespreso coffee machiche with two coffee pods in the two room family room. Expedia says 1 bedroom sleeps 7 with 3 Large Single Beds and 1 Single Bed. It actually has 2 bedrooms one with 2 double beds and a double and a single in the main open plan room."

"Everything was good except for the check in. Arrived around 6 15pm, reception was closed (said it will be open). Had to call staff and was instructed to just open the room and get in. The room was locked. There was no key to enter. After calling again staff came in and opened the door and asked me to come to the reception to check in. After I checked in went back to the room to find that there was no key inside, as informed. Had to go back to the reception to get the key.It was a hectic process. Never experienced this before in any place. (the good thing was there was no delay in making the call and staff arriving) However the room was clean and the facilities were as expected. "

"Our room was very clean and spacious. The parking area in front the rooms and porch areas looked a little unkept maybe just a clran up would present better. The cleaning staff were excellent. Although we didn't need our room made up, they checked with us to see if we required anything. Location was good and walkable to our needs. It wasn't a busy period however we could hear external noise."
