Correcte

Chambre spacieuse, au niveau de l'amabilité, il y a des choses à revoir, le sourire ne serai pas de trop je pense. Par contre le déjeuner est correcte et la jeune femme qui s'en occupe et vous accueille est un veritable rayon de soleil ce qui équilibre avec le reste.

Property was well located geographically,near the train station,beach and dining. but it felt dingy. The carpets are like black-dirty blue and stained,old. There was a sewage kind of smell in the morning and the rooms were super tiny. The duvet colors on the beds were awful...maybe to allow for use without wash...l cringed lying on the bed. The room itself and bath looked clean but there's just this dinginess and feeling of uncleanliness all around. We will not stay at this hotel a 2nd time ..its not worth the price in any way. I will pay $185 per night for a nicer hotel,not this.

Great locarion , great place for it’s price , close enough to the station close enough to beach and rest , staff amazing definitely good place to have if you want to have day trips to monaco cannes etc . 10 min walk to station 10 min walk to amazing rest 10 min walk to beach ( beach has pebbles not sand)

A great 2 star hotel in the centre of Nice. Room was clean and a good size (lovely high ceilings), with everything I needed - comfy bed, air con, good shower - for my one night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave my suitcase with them after I'd checked out, while I roamed around Nice (they even allowed my friend to leave her case eventhough she hadn't stayed in the hotel). Hotel located in a quiet area but only 5min walk to shops, restaurants and the sea. I would stay here again.

Bureaucratic

Check-in is at 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:15pm and tried to check-in. They refused. Seriously? 15-minutes early? Never had this before. I only saw a hand full on people there my entire stay so there's zero chance the rooms were all full and they needed that last 15-minutes to finish cleaning my room. It's just bureaucratic.

The rooms are little but it's no palace. Locatie is handig. Op loopafstand van station en strand. Supermarkt naast de deur. De kamer is klein en zeer gehorig. De airco maakt een geluid alsof er een straaljager opstijgt en lijkt het niet te doen. De badkamer is smerig en heeft beachimmelde voegen en verroewte deurstijl. Deur van balcel was kapot en nooit vervangen. Geen afzuiging op badkamer waardoor het muf ruikt. Een nacht verbleven en dat was meer dan genoeg.

Ett bra hotell med trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och med ett perfekt läge. Heltäckningsmattan i rummet var dock ganska äcklig. Borde tas bort helt från rummen.

Förväntade mig mycket bättre

2/5 stjärnor. + bra centralt läge nära tågstation & stranden + bra Wi-Fi + städarna väldigt trevliga Många minus dock tyvärr: - frukost ingår inte och serveras endast fram till 10.00. Vem vaknar före 10 under semester? Speciellt under helgen? - enligt hotellet så kan man köpa kaffe eller te för €3 dygnet runt, men blev tillsagd vid två olika tillfällen att kaffe ”inte fanns tillgängligt”, så fick köpa dyrt kaffe ute varenda dag. - ingen rökplats alls. Hotellet ligger på en stor gata med mycket trafik och man får stå i vägen för fotgängare om man vill röka. Fanns inget askfat framför hotellet eller en bänk. Vet de ens om hur många i Frankrike som röker? - ingen tekokare eller strykjärn på rummet - inget safe/förvaringsställe för pass och andra viktiga dokument - franska balkongen på rummet var fullt med fågelbags - receptionen låser entrédörren, även mitt på dagen och man kommer inte in med sitt dörrkort, utan man får stå där på gatan med massa trafik och människor och plinga på tills de öppnar… - receptionen var inte så vänlig. Inga hälsningar när man gick förbi eller blev insläppt.

A good option for accommodation.

This hotel was in a convenient location for both the train station, the beach and the main touristy areas of Nice. The room was nice, a little pricey for what you get but otherwise okay. Front desk were super friendly and helpful and a supermarket is literally right next door. Would probably stay again if we were back in Nice.
