Lovely staff and nice location!!!
This was the best Ibis hotel I’ve ever stayed in mainly because of the lovely staff, the hotel itself was located in a nice area with easy to find restaurants and travel options the tram and train station is only a very short walk away. My 5 year old son loved the table football located in the reception area. On the whole we were delighted with our stay.

Fair price for simple stay
Very clean room with a floor. Fair room for the price. Wi-Fi available. The number of towels were not very satisfactory, just a bath towel, want smaller ones. I could not find a closet, but it was ok for me since I just needed to stay one night. Overall, satisfactory for the price, not a fancy room with great confort though.

Bad experience. Hotel not close to the center.
Room was small water from the shower all over. Front desk worker are not helpful we had to pay to use iron, I had to go downtown Stairs to get what requested. If you needs something such as towel or toilet paper the guest have to go downstairs and get it yourself. Hotel is not close to the center.

Had a great 3 night stay here. The staff were very friendly & helpful, Stefanie checked us in a gave loads of information and a local map. Nothing was too much trouble answering all our questions and helped with bus & train enquiries, even printing off our boarding passes. The room was huge on the 5th floor, very clean with lovely crisp bed linen on a large super king bed. Extra pillows were in the wardrobe & they were so comfy too. The room had a flat screen to, air conditioning and a sofa and desk & chair. The bathroom was huge and had a bath with shower, there was a hairdryer and soap/body wash/shampoo. Plenty of towels for the 2 of us. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel and we weren't disappointed, there was something for everyone & I'd highly recommend it, especially the Madeleine's that were brought out hot at regular intervals so delicious, there was also the usual cold meats & cheeses, breads, croissants, pain au chocolate, little pancakes, cereals, yoghurts & fresh fruit. They even supplied little brown bags to take fruit out for the day, really good value at 9.90e each, we filled ourselves up and then didn't need anything until dinner time! The bar and small garden was nice for a drink after a day out exploring before going out again for the evening. The hotel is situated about 15/20 minute walk to either the port, promenade des anges and the old town. A little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the town which suiite

Quiet location. Very friendly staff particularly the reception. Room clean and tidy, with effective air conditioning. Bed very comfortable and extra pillows on the shelves. Would have been nice to have tea coffee making facilities in the room, although I know they are available 24 hours at the ground floor bar area.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Close to Acropolis.
I stayed here in 2015, when attending a conference at the Nice Acropolis (5 mins walk away), so it was an obvious pick when returning for a similar event. My room was actually nicer this time, which was a bonus. Not much to do at this end of town (10 mins walk to busier part of town, 30 mins walk to beach). Close to Carrefour supermarket however.

I stayed because it is a short distance from the station as I was going to the Monaco Grand Prix. The one thing I would probably say is that the wifi isn't the best and the paid for wifi isn't too good either. The room is very modern the air con is great as well as the bathroom facilities. The television is only in French which was disappointing but to be expected. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Great hotel! It's basic but very friendly service, great breakfast for only 10 euros and free wifi that is pretty good. Had an issue with a room that smelled of cigarettes and staff changed me to a different room without hesitation or issue.

Stayed 2 nights in Nice to end our 2 week vacation in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced. Found location bit further out from train station and "the" promenade strip than had anticipated. Apart from that, stay was pleasant.

First time in Nice. Beautiful city, clean and with lots to do. Found the people friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of reasonably priced bars/restaurants nearby. Bus to Monte Carlo was only €1.50.

We stayed here for one night and needed a dog friendly hotel with a car park. The hotel and room was clean and located close to the old town (about 10-15 min walk). The room was basic and bed was comfortable.

15 minute walk to beach. WiFi was terrible.
Bad WiFi reception. Did not work both nights we were there. In a neighbourhood away from the hustle but might not suit those who want to be on the doorstep of the beach..stil only 15 minute walk from the old town and the promenade, with a tramstop nearby. Overall a nice stay but if you need your WiFi then I would reconsider.

Very impressed. Plenty of space, and lots of storage room, in our room; good breakfast choices; and hotel is in a convenient location for port etc, with tram and station nearby. One minor thing to bear in mind; when we went out for day leaving Do Not Disturb on door, they still cleaned rooms - didn't worry us, as we were looking to save work, rather than keep people out, but if you have things you would keep private, put them away

Good hotel . Hotel is located 5 min.walk from tram station "acropolis" and 8 min. walk from train station Riquier.Our room was spacious (20 sq m). Bathroom was O.K. with toiletries ,but only one towel per person for all day. If you want to pay less and have good and clean hotel I would definitely prefer this hotel.

V good budget hotel - 10 mins walk from Acropolis
Friendly, helpful staff. Decent budget accommodation - especially if you are attending a conference at the Acropolis, as I was. That said, the surrounding area is more of a residential area, so you have to walk quite far for a decent restaurant. Breakfast was good value, with plenty of choice.

2 nights at ibis Nice Palais des Congrès, the hotel located at quit area of the city 10-15 min. walk to the city center and the beach. there is square near by and is full of restaurants and bars. I would consider staying at this hotel next time. The hotel staff were outstanding especially (France) the receptionist, she was helpful and friendly.

Standard Ibis decor but good sized room with excellent cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location, 5mins walk from the old town and harbour, 5 mins from the tram, a large carrefour supermarket round the corner and a number of good restaurants close by. Only suggestion for improvement would be better towels!

Cleanliness is good, but would be better if the hotel provided bedroom slippers. Hotel provided only 1 chair in the room, we asked for a 2nd chair, but they couldn't provide. It was warm on certain days but they had not turned on AC yet (only had heater), so we opened the window, but mosquitoes came in. No kettle, cups, tea in the room, but we borrowed kettle from reception (had to put small deposit). Reception was generally helpful with directions. Bathroom had general liquid soap for body/hair, but no body lotion. Surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and safe, close to self service Laundromat, macdonald's, Carrefour and patisseries. 5min walk to closest tram station (acropolis station), 3min walk to bus stop with bus 98 that goes straight to airport. 10-15min walk to main shopping area (old town). Good price for the quality and location. Would stay here again.
