Owners are especially noce and accommodating. The first time I cameI checked in late and the process was made easy. Direction were clear, and staff was courteous. I never got to meet anyone as I flew out warly the next morning. The room was clean and spacepus, bed was just the rigjt firmness. I reserved again. Not only was the experience just as good, I also got to meet the staff, all of the people I met, from desk clerk to housekeeper were courteous and kind. I travelled with my 1 year old daughter, to visiother in the hospital. I was touched by thepathy demonstrated and helpfulness of the staff, extendi gfrom nringing me a phone charger while my naby was asleep andIcodn’t leave toroom, to extending breakfast hour when I woke up famished, having traveled from afar, spent a whole day inthe hosital and slept with no dinner as it was too late to seek a restaurant with a dead phone and no direction. Feom thebottom of my heart, thank you Brasilia hotel for providing a safe place for me in these difficult times.

Homely, comfortable and convenient
Two ladies travelling together and requesting a twin room. When we arrived at the hotel we were actually given the choice of two rooms, according to whether we would prefer the sun in the morning or the afternoon! We chose a triple room, which gave us a bit more space for storage. The bedroom and bathroom were both very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows in the wardrobe if we had needed them. We had contacted the hotel prior to our arrival in France, to ask for directions to the hotel from the airport by bus. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the appropriate service to use. When we arrived at the hotel and needed directions around the town, again the staff were very helpful. They gave us a map with our destination clearly marked and directed us to the buses to use. The hotel is located less than five minutes walk to the bus stops, which was very convenient.
