Located in a quiet and sunny at the end of a private road in the middle of a large lot (2500m?).
This charming house has been completely renovated in January 2010. A large terrace outside the living room is shaded at midday. A private garage is located on the side of the house.
Well equipped (bbq, dishwasher washing machine, deck chairs, parasol etc.) to enjoy the local idleness.
100 € deposit will be asked the day of your arrival and returned the day of departure (check or cash)

Really nice experience.
The weather is the best. Sea not far (20 minutes or so to Antibes). Interesting places beyond the sea. The owner was very discrete whilst taking well care of the property. Relatively quiet location, also in terms of car traffic. Good food in the nearby town.

Cozy little place in the calm of the woods...
I really had a wonderful week stay at the apartment of Solange. It was easy to coordinate the check in and departure times and settle right into the home. It is located in a very quiet residential area and overlooks the woods which is really nice and relaxing. I enjoyed many peaceful nights and sound sleep while at the home. Also the patio area is great for BBQ as well. The kids very much enjoyed the swingset and running around the yard and just enjoying the pleasant sunshine. Overall I highly recommend this home for a nice stay in Vence and to visit the Cote d'Azur. I would most certainly return. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Magnifiques vacances en famille avec nos 2 filles et notre petit chien! La terrasse ombragée et fleurie est très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région (à proximité de St-Paul de Vence, de Tourrettes sur Loup, à 30/35 min de Grasse, de Nice et à moins d'une heure de Monaco). La propriétaire est très agréable et disponible, une vraie belle rencontre. Merci à elle pour son accueil chaleureux et tous ses bons conseils.

Le logement de Solange est bien équipé, parfait pour un couple. Endroit tranquille, loin du bruit. Il est bien situé, notamment si vous souhaitez randonner : beaucoup de possibilités à proximité.
