Considering the price and location, it was pretty average! The room wasn’t too bad but the room I stayed in smelled of an ash tray! It was a shame because if it didn’t smell so bad in my room, I could’ve given this a higher rating! My fridge also didn’t work and the shower pressure was really bad, and if someone else was using it, it would get even worse! But for the price and the location being so central, it wasn’t too bad.

El hotel esta bastante centrico, tiene microondas, nevera y hay muchos supers. La playa esta a tres minutos La parada del tranvía que va desde el aeropuerto esta a cinco minutos

J'étais agréablement surpris par l'accueil et l'amabilité du responsable de l’hôtel, que je salut du fond du cœur. L'emplacement est très idéal pour visiter la ville de Nice. La propreté est excellente. le confort: c'est correcte (on trouve tous vraiment tout (tv, wifi, minibar, clim, chauffage... Je reviendrai souvent et autant que possible Une excellente adresse

Un séjour plutôt agréable ,emplacement génial proche de la promenade des anglais et de rue jean médecin ,confort moyen peu d'équipements www salle de bain très petite pas de place pour les trousses de toilette,personnel gentil 'l'aspect extérieur peu engageant ,une boulangerie proche pour le petit déjeuner ,bon rapport qualité prix cependant

Only saw one member of staff throughout the whole of my stay. He was friendly enough but I had to chase him for fresh towels which I eventually got on my last morning. The only positive thing about this hotel was it's good location.

Highly Recommend! 5 minute walk to beach :-)

Excellent Service, very friendly and very helpful. A very good hotel for the price you pay in a Prime location of Nice 5 minutes walk to the Beach. Highly Recommend.

Installations à revoir.

Hotel vieillissant et peu engageant, service minimum du personnel, chambre donnant sur rue très bruyante juste au dessus d un arrêt de bus, fenêtre non isolante du bruit, pas d info sur la wifi, une seule couverture insuffisamment chaude, pas de notice pour le fonctionnement du chauffage, lavabo mauvais état. Apparente propreté de la literie et linge salle de bains malgré la vétusté de l ensemble. Cependant prix imbattable !

Zimmer genau oberhalb der Busstation

ungepflegtes Hotel, dunkel wenn man schon reinkam, auch wenn das Zimmer frisch ausgemalen schien, keine tägliche Reinigung etc., Frühstück gab es keines zur Auswahl. Das Zimmer war groß, aber kein Hängeschrank. Der Mann an der Rezeption hat auf Matratze in einem Kammerl unter der Stiege geschlafen und kam bei der Abmeldung auch so raus.

Perfect Location

I definitely recommend this hotel for its price and services. Very comfortable beds, air conditioner, tv, fridge, hairdryer and microwave for a very good price and great location easy to walk everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

buona posizione

posizionato a piedi a 5 minuti dal mare e 15 dal centro e dalla stazione. Il bagno non è il massimo: troppo stretto e lavandino posizionato troppo in basso. Non è lussuoso ma per brevi soste ci si può soggiornare

Worst experience in a hotel EVER

The staff was really rude and was not capable of checking their online bookings. Therefor they did not have a room for me which I had booked (together with my plane ticket) over 6 weeks in advanced and had already had deducted from my credit card. After a long argument in French (which I barely speak but it was still more than their English) in which they accused me of messing up - I had all the paperwork printed out and had shown it to them since I travel all the time- they told me it was my problem because I booked it!?! I was forced to threaten them -since the room had already been payed for- unless they would give me a room. After having to wait over two hours they put me up in a nearby hotel. When I went back to get a room a day later it was basically the same and I was sent to a different hotel again. The last night I actually spent at that hotel and there was never as much as a 'sorry for your inconvinience' uttered. I wasted soo much time of my stay having to deal with that and moving luggage around, it was ridiculous! I would never go there again!
