Located in the heart of the very residential area of Fabron Supérieur in Nice, this 3-room apartment, 64 m2 on the ground floor in a beautiful luxury gated residence with swimming pool and park, opens onto a spacious terrace and a lovely landscaped garden. 'approximately 80 m2 with a terrace equipped with a dining area and sun loungers, quiet! It is by walking through a magnificent wooded park that you reach your apartment or that from the central square you can reach the swimming pool area to relax.
This very residential area is also close to major traffic axes and benefits from public transport. Place Masséna and the city center are 7 km away, Nice airport 6 km away, the first restaurant, that of Cane, is 500 m away!
Its warmly furnished interior consists of a large living room / lounge leading out onto the terrace, flat screen TV, WI-FI, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) with access to the also terrace, a bathroom and a separate toilet with washbasin.
A garage in the 1st basement
