It has a spacious terrace equipped with a dining area and sun loungers, and a lovely landscaped garden of around 80 m2, in a quiet setting!



The interior comprises a living/lounge area opening onto a 20m2 terrace, with a flat-screen TV and WiFi, an open-plan equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160x190). There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.



You also have a garage on the 1st basement level at your disposal.



It is by strolling through a magnificent tree-lined park that you will reach your apartment or that from the central square you can access the pool area to relax.



This very residential district is also close to major roads and benefits from public transport. Place Masséna and the city centre are 7 km away, Nice Airport is 6 km away, and the first restaurant is 500m away!

Parfait pour un séjour sur Nice

Très bon accueil, remise des clés sur place. Appartement très agréable avec petit jardin. Un garage souterrain très appréciable car pas simple de se garer dans la rue. En peu éloigné du centre mais celui reste facilement accessible via les bus et le tram. Et petits commerces pas très loin.
