"Check in was quick & easy. Desk clerk helpful w questions. Not a huge hotel. Parking was fine. Room was clean. Hotel is more basic than "fancy". Spent one night for student registration at University of Idaho, so location was excellent. NOTE - there is no elevator. Hotel is three floors."

"Staff was really friendly and helpful except no one told us they do not provide housekeeping service every day. Sign in room says if you want clean towels throw them on floor, which we did, only to find that there was no housekeeping service. Requested and got clean towels but used ones still on floor Room was nice and was clean. Good to have Starbucks, bar and cafe in lobby. Did not try breakfast but I’m sure it would be good. Evening snack menu was good. "

"The breakfast menu was basically prepackaged food (unless you wanted waffles). But, it was better than nothing and there was coffee. The location was good with a great view. Our room was good... y'know that's kind of my overall assessment... "Good". Nothing bad or annoying. Yet, nothing amazing or awesome. I had a place to sleep and shower and it was good. I'd go there again - so that's saying something. The price... well, there they venture into great. Very reasonable."

"We traveled for a week and stayed at several hotels, this was the most expensive and the poorest condition. The hot tub and sauna were barely useable and very dirty. "

"If it's the only thing available, sure you can stay here. It is run down, the door to the room.has air gaps around it, the directTV didn't work, the AC unit was super loud. Didn't get murdered though, so that's a plus."
