I stayed here before when it was a Holiday Inn and no issues.
I called Hampton the day before to let them know that I was coming in at midnight. They offered to pick me up at the airport...Great!! When I got to the airport, it was dark signage on van was difficult to see. Driver didn't get out to greet us nor open any of the doors. Finally got out when he saw we had 4 large luggages for 2 people. Small talk to the hotel was okay. Get checked in by another employee. "Here's your keys" with no mention of room number, where the elevator is, what the amenities are that they have, etc. I put away my bags and went to check on the laundry area. The guy who drove us said they had two - one on the 2nd floor and another on the 3rd floor so I bought detergent and softener at $2.50 a piece (one load per box). Come to find out the next morning that both laundry rooms are down. When I mentioned it to the person at the desk, he said he was improperly informed. Decide to go down for breakfast which was okay and then go about my errands for the day. I don't normally notice, but all the days of going in and out (5 days), not one person until the last day said Hi, Have a good day, Have a good night, Welcome back, etc. Nothing. Madison was the only one that said Hi when we arrived back to the hotel. Hair dryer was broken in the room. Maintenance did come quickly to check on it and then replace it. Not to mention rates are double because it was graduation for WSU. Crazy
