Welcome to your Ace Getaway in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this modern and classy house, just one block away from all the action. This is the best location in terms of proximity; 500 m from Clifton Hill & 800 m from Niagara Falls. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

Following is our commitmnet to an enhanced cleaning protocol:
We have provided all our guests with access to our disinfectant wipes and we have antibacterial soap that is in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our cleaners will wear appropriate protective equipment and wipe down all counters/surfaces in the house with medical grade disinfectant. Our cleaners will also be washing all sheets in a hot water cycle as usual after every booking.

Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The main floor has two queen beds, seven seater sofa in the living room, and a 3 piece bathroom. Freshly renovated basement is equipped with a queen bed and a double bed + a powder room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 50 inch Samsung 4K LED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

Great walkable location!

House is just like the pictures and walkable to the falls! We were treated with goodies and great hospitality. Owner reached out after we arrived to make sure everything was great and beds were super comfortable!

Nice place to stay

We had a great stay at this house near Niagara Falls! Easily fit our group of 6 with room to spare. Everyone had their own space to relax. The whole place was spotless, which made us feel right at home. Walking distance to Crofton Hill – perfect for grabbing food, drinks, and entertainment without needing a car.Would definitely recommend this place for families or groups visiting the area!

Perfect Stay

Very clean, safe, the location was phenomenal if you want to be close by Clifton Hill, tons of space etc. such a lovely home, next time we travel to Niagara we will be rebooking. The owner was very very quick with all responses as well which was great. Everyone was very happy with the extra touches the host added for us. Above and beyond!

Great location and very clean!

This place was very clean and was very close to the attractions. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very nice to deal with. Would stay here again and would highly recommend. Snacks were a nice touch!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. The home was very clean everything we needed was provided. My husband accidently cracked the coffee pot while cleaning it. We notified the owner and they provided a new one the next day. provand

Convenient location, great property

All around great place

I would recommend this place to anyone. Those location is ideal, very close walking distance to clifton Hill and the falls, but out of the traffic. Very clean, great set up with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Nice back patio. Manager was very responsive, very seamless. One of the best places we've stayed.

Fun Niagara Experience

This house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation - comfortable, well equipped and clean. AND it was just a short walk from the falls, which was wonderful having 2 strollers with us. While the neighborhood seemed sketchy, we ran into no issues. The great AC during the hot season was glorious. We ran into one problem during our stay and our friendly host communicated wonderfully and was so very gracious!

Good place

We had a good time staying at this place. The place is very comfortable. Nice sofas and beds. One of the bedroom downstairs doesn't really have a door which was not an issue for us. We were able to cook meals with the equipment available in the kitchen The only thing really was the can opener not working which means everything was pretty good.

Great location

Used for a family of 5 trip to see the falls and the surrounding area, the location was perfect. It is within walking distance to the falls and all the attractions, and it was just a short drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the grocery store. Roomy, very thoughtful "gifts" (eine, chips, water and soda, coffee) made it very welcoming. Would only recommend bringing dish cloths and a hand towel for the downstairs bathroom. Nice hospitality and good communication with the owner. Thank you for the great stay!

Did not disappoint!

Lovely home perfect for our needs. This was true to the listing. Easily walkable to Clifton Hill, the home was clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and private back deck. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The snacks were a huge hit! As previous reviews have noted, it does have the Post cereal factory across the street, but this really was a non issue for us as we were either in the home/ back deck, or exploring the area on foot, and never affected by the front yard view. Felt very comfortable walking the neighborhood, so overall highly recommend

Better than I could have imagined

I was booking a birthday stay with my friends. The host was very responsive and informative. For starters, the location was great and very close to everything. The host went so far as to put up a happy birthday banner which was such a sweet and pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and pristine, we enjoyed using the smart tv too it was very nice. Furthermore, the house was very stocked up, from board/card games in the cupboard to all the kitchen tools you’d need. Honestly probably more stocked up then my own kitchen at home lol. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation and I recommend the same to anyone. Not only met but exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. Thanks again for a great stay Jas!
