Welcome to your Ace Getaway in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this modern and classy house, just one block away from all the action. This is the best location in terms of proximity; 500 m from Clifton Hill & 800 m from Niagara Falls. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

Following is our commitmnet to an enhanced cleaning protocol:
We have provided all our guests with access to our disinfectant wipes and we have antibacterial soap that is in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our cleaners will wear appropriate protective equipment and wipe down all counters/surfaces in the house with medical grade disinfectant. Our cleaners will also be washing all sheets in a hot water cycle as usual after every booking.

Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The main floor has two queen beds, seven seater sofa in the living room, and a 3 piece bathroom. Freshly renovated basement is equipped with a queen bed and a double bed + a powder room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 50 inch Samsung 4K LED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

Feels like sweet home

The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and provided helpful local tips, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I’d definitely book this house again for a future trip!

Everything was as it was described, including check-in. What was unexpected was the complimentary refreshments and snacks, and a couple special items for my wife's birthday (which I did mention to the host). That was an incredibly thoughtful and welcoming bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable and so was the living room for hanging out. Beautiful back deck and yard. The location is perfect for visiting the falls: it is 10 minutes to the center of everything on Clifton Hill but the property is just outside the tourist zone so it is quiet and local.

This house was spotless upon arrival. It is located so close to the falls but in a quiet neighborhood. Jas is a great host and replies to any concerns or questions promptly.

Like a boss!

Hats off to Jas, the property owner. He rocked it with the perfect home and retreat for my family vacation at the falls. Thanks for making it easy for us to access all the attractions and for the snacks, the perfect patio, the comfortable beds and responding quickly to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property. My only concern was the lack of locks and security on the front entry door, basement door and window. A chain or something extra on the inside door while we slept would have been very reassuring. But all went well and we didnt have any disturbances. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent Value

First things first, Jas was a great host. Communication was prompt and comprehensive (not that we had any problems to deal with). The property is not in the most attractive of areas but it is well-maintained, spotless, and has been renovated to provide all of the modern comforts you come to expect. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Clifton Hill. Jas provided extra little touches that were much appreciated, such as delicious cookies, snack packs, water, pop, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. There were varied toiletries, cleaning products, and anything else we may have needed but forgot to pack. A great host, a great value stay, and one we would definitely recommend and use again (there were 7 adults in our party).

Great walkable location!

House is just like the pictures and walkable to the falls! We were treated with goodies and great hospitality. Owner reached out after we arrived to make sure everything was great and beds were super comfortable!

Perfect Stay

Very clean, safe, the location was phenomenal if you want to be close by Clifton Hill, tons of space etc. such a lovely home, next time we travel to Niagara we will be rebooking. Amazing stay!

I have stayed at this property a few times and it is my go to spot when coming to Niagara! The location is perfect if you’re looking for things to do in a close distance from your stay. Jas was amazing with his communication and was there when we needed anything. It has many rooms if you’re looking to stay with family/friends that are spacious. I will definitely be coming again!

Great Stay Close to the Falls

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. The home was very clean everything we needed was provided. My husband accidently cracked the coffee pot while cleaning it. We notified the owner and they provided a new one the next day. provand

Nice place to stay

We had a great stay at this house near Niagara Falls! Easily fit our group of 6 with room to spare. Everyone had their own space to relax. The whole place was spotless, which made us feel right at home. Walking distance to Crofton Hill – perfect for grabbing food, drinks, and entertainment without needing a car.Would definitely recommend this place for families or groups visiting the area!

Great location and many bedrooms to work with especially travelling with a toddler. Great pricing compared to the hotels. Jas was on top of communication and messaged if we had any questions. As it was winter and with multiple snow storms, we arrived to a well shoveled driveway. This was the best place to be indoors as it was the off season and we preferred indoor activities such as the nearby Ripley's museum, wax museum the Niagara Parks Power Station. A slight suggestion of better mattresses as it felt springy instead of firm especially from someone with back issues. Overall, awesome house to stay in and hope to be back again.

This place was very clean and was very close to the attractions. The beds were comfortable and the owner was very nice to deal with. Would stay here again and would highly recommend. Snacks were a nice touch!

Did not disappoint!

Lovely home perfect for our needs. This was true to the listing. Easily walkable to Clifton Hill, the home was clean and comfortable. Especially appreciated the comfortable bedding and private back deck. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The snacks were a huge hit! As previous reviews have noted, it does have the Post cereal factory across the street, but this really was a non issue for us as we were either in the home/ back deck, or exploring the area on foot, and never affected by the front yard view. Felt very comfortable walking the neighborhood, so overall highly recommend

Niagara Falls Canada

Super clean, nice deck to sit outside, 4 good sized bedrooms, nice table and sitting area to play games. We booked this house last minute as our original Vrbo was cancelled as we were traveling to Canada and the host was very accommodating and helpful, saved our vacation.
