Alerte : Évitez à tout prix ce motel ! J’ai passé une nuit cauchemardesque dans la chambre 39 du Best Inn à Niagara Falls. Dès que j’ai ouvert la porte, une odeur nauséabonde de pourriture et de moisissure m’a assailli. La moquette, imprégnée de cette odeur, rendait l’air irrespirable. Le lit et les draps semblaient propres, mais en allumant la lumière, j’ai découvert avec horreur des cafards se promenant librement. Les photos sur le site sont trompeuses et datent de plus de 30 ans, ne reflétant en rien l’état actuel de l’établissement. J’ai passé la nuit éveillé, assis sur deux chaises, pour éviter ces insectes répugnants, dans une atmosphère insupportable. À 4h du matin, j’ai fui cet endroit avec mes affaires. C’est la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie ! Ce motel devrait être immédiatement fermé pour insalubrité. Même dans les villages les plus pauvres d’Afrique, vous ne trouverez jamais une chambre dans un état aussi déplorable. Honte aux propriétaires pour leur manque total de respect envers leurs clients !

The bathroom looked dingy, I booked the room for the three people but there were only two sets of towels, the microwave, tv and fridge weren’t plugged in when we checked in. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was a close walk to the hill and the falls.

Was alright. Not the cleanest place. Floor looked like they were moped with dirty sticky mop head. Bath tub wasnt clean, had to put towel down to take shower. Beds were clean though. On site maintenance. Mase sure we had everything we needed. And just let him know if we do need.but tols use to go to bed by 3am. Parking can be a nightmare at times as they sell more then they have. Would i stay again? If i book to late again yes.

PROS: 1. The staff at the front desk was nice. He let us check in earlier than 4 p.m. 2. The room was good in terms of cleanliness, size, furniture 3. Affordable price 4. Walking distance to most tourist spots, restaurants, stores, bus stop and gasoline station 5. We felt safe CONS: 1. I found some hair in the shower and an empty cup under the bed 2. The WiFi was slow 3. The TV kept on turning off 4. You could easily hear outside noise But other than that, I would still recommend this inn for those trying to save money.

The toilet had a bidet but the bidet was broken and the water was shut off. So if you had to flush, you had to sit and turn on the water but then turn it off before the tank fully filled up. If you let the tank fully fill up it would shoot a stream of water towards the mirror. The door was damaged and I didn’t feel that it locked properly. The fuse box, which still used glass fuses, was in the room and had a plastic bag holding two of the fuses in. The lamp had the switch broken out of it. The only light in the room was a single bulb dangling in the corner. The downstairs had an Indian restaurant, a cash for gold, luggage storage, phone, tablet and accessories shop, seamstress and convenience store all in the main office with one person working. They sold the parking spaces to any tourists going to the falls. We parked in front of a couple cars, at their request, they were going to make us wait until a space became available. After 45 minutes we decided to go geg supper. The parking attendant said this would be a problem for him. All in all a disappointment

There were no room service. The room was old and smell of Old once you enter. TV remote did not work. Lighting is poor. The only door keeping you from the outside is held by a weak little dead bolt that can be broken easily with a hard push. The only good is that the parking is FREE, the owner was very nice. Location is central to everything you need.

This is probably the best place you could have in the area considering the price. Place is super clean. Stuff is super helpful. My wife forgot her purse fully loaded there. They were so nice to send to montreal by mail. Definitely coming back on my next visit
