Very beautiful home. Clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had is I that I have arachnophobia and I couldn’t enjoy the back patio because of all the webs and spiders. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

This property is a fantastic getaway for families. You are not far from Niagra falls but still get the quiet of not being in the city center. Great accommodations, it can tend to get hot inside so we slept with the windows open at night. Great neighborhood, and very comfortable! The host was great, very communicative and easy to get ahold of.

Great location to the Falls and other attractions

Pearl is very responsive and helpful. Townhouse is new, everything clean and having a washer dryer is very helpful for those who spend a week. More comfortable seating in living area would make it perfect all around, but did not inhibit our overall trip as we were gone most of the time.

Comfortable beds and layout.

The unit gets positives for cleanliness and layout. Very easy for our four adults. The neighborhood is row after row of similar houses so it will be hard to find a small thing but the numbers on the units camouflage into the wall colors. Overall a great stop off in an amazing natural area!

First time to Niagara Falls

We loved that the property was located in a cul de sac because we took nightly walks before we relaxed for the evening. The area wasn’t far from the Falls and restaurants but it wasn’t in the busyness of the city. The place was large enough for many people (3 beds/2.5baths) with garage for our vehicle. The host had waters and other drinks ready for us. Place was very clean.

Great Townhome and host!

Great townhome and location not far from the falls. The host was extremely responsive to any inquiries we had. The check in and out process was easy and fluent. Our only recommendation is to have more seating in the living room and some night stands in the bedrooms. But not having those things doesnt change our review because everything as is worked fine for us.

The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for getting to and from the main areas of Niagara. However, the space was lacking in several places. Multiple broken items around the home including a door handle to garage. In addition, there weren’t many things in the kitchen to accommodate cooking for a group of 5 which made eating-in challenging.

Very clean. Nice location. No hair dryer or towel racks in upstair bathrooms. But is very new. Left us a few snacks and drinks. Which was a nice touch. Grea stay. Just a note we could not find the tv remote for the upstairs tv. Forgot about it till now. But we were sightseeing and really was no issue. Quiet neighborhood. Just as described!

Escape the City Chaos!!

I had a difficult time deciding where to stay for a mini- getaway for our family of four. I'm so glad we chose this property!! There was room for each of our college-age sons to have their own bedrooms, which was such a plus. We were so glad to escape the craziness and chaos of downtown after enjoying the experiences we had planned at the falls. The city is just so slammed crazy and I can't imagine staying downtown for three times the cost. The garage was appreciated as we brought two bikes and felt safe with everything inside. My main suggestion is that it would be nice to have another couch for lounging, and possibly a couple of throw blankets. Everything is super nice in the property, but there are minimal 'extras' of any kind. Nonetheless, all four of us have said it was a win for our short vacay!!

Clean, quiet, very spacious

We stayed in this townhouse for two nights on a recent trip to Niagara Falls and we all agreed we wished we had booked it for longer! The home was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if ever back in the area! Book this space, you won't be disappointed. Highlights: Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Communication with the host was prompt. Everything was very clean (and I am picky about that). The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 bedrooms, two queen beds and one king. There were 2.5 baths (half bath on the main floor). The area is very quiet and away from the action of NF, which worked well for us. There is an attached garage which was a nice surprise. Areas for improvement: There were a few small things that could have made the stay more comfortable. The weeds were out of control in the front and back yards, which made them impossible to use. We could have used most dish towels/cloths (there was only one dish towel and one dirty used sponge). The bedrooms were a bit sparse and could use more furniture - there were no dressers and only one lamp in all three rooms. Bedside tables and lamps for every room would have been nice. But these are all small things, and only mentioned to give the hosts feedback.

Exactly as advertised

Pearl was very responsive! I'd recommend this place on that alone. I'll start with the positives, mention a few negatives, and then add my thoughts. Pros: The house is exactly as pictured and advertised. Open space, comfy beds, and large bathrooms. Two chairs have been added to the living room. Reasonably priced. Close to tourism but also "away from it all." OUR cons: The kitchen countertops were dirty and there was trash left in the garage (which had drawn flies). Pearl immediately called to apologize and sent someone for the trash (we'd already wiped everything down). We had one dirty wash cloth (had something crusty on it) and one that was frayed. Dropped everything in the wash which solved part of the problem. Someone saw those wash cloths and decided they were ok to present to guests anyway. As mentioned in a previous review, the trash cans (especially the one in the kitchen) are small. I get not wanting to add a bigger bin in the garage because it's a small space, but maybe adding another bin (or two) of the existing size would help with capacity. Thoughts from a detail oriented person. A night stand in the bedrooms would be nice. You'd be surprised what you can find at a thrift store. We brought tv trays as stand ins. Towel racks in the bathrooms, maybe a hook or two for a robe or night clothes. Two wash cloths per towel. Patio furniture to enjoy the back porch. Privacy film for the window next to the front door. Luggage racks would be icing on the cake!
