Walls were absolutely disgusting with food splatters, lamp shade had a bunch of gross stains on it, and there was a bandaid on the ceiling. Would not stay here again!

Great place to stay. Clean overall and friendly staff. Close to outlet mall and many other stores. Elevator takes forever but that would be the only negative.

Check in wasn’t friendly at all. Wifi is bad, we barely connected. Parking was full. We asked for additional 3 big towels as the room didn’t have enough, and it took us 30 mins to wait. And when towels were given, they were floor washroom towels. Very disappointed with service overall. Was not worth the $272 CAD/night I paid.

The location was close to the Falls (10minutes). Very close to shopping and restaurants, Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were sad that hot tub was closed but was not stated on the website.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice The decor is interesting lol. But not in my house, so doesn't really matter. The kuds enjoyed thecindoor pool The breakfast was nice. Better than some.

Room was so dusty, Bathroom was dirty, had no extra toilet paper and 1 towel… we checked in as a family of 5. There was hair and trash on the bathroom floor. No body wash in shower… it was by the sink… no hand soap. Body wash and lotion by sink, shampoo and conditioner in shower… no hand soap. Very strange. The internet wasn’t working properly and then the elevators stopped working, had to carry our stuff down the stairs. No fresh fruit for breakfast. Pool was ok, water was warm. Had to prop the door open because the chlorine was strong not great ventilation. But it was ok for our weekend trip to Niagra falls.

The place was dirty. Our rooms were not cleaned daily. We asked for an extra blanket, the staff said the would bring it to our room and they didn't. The pool are never had clean towels and the dirty towels were not picked up. Then the elevator broke

The property was clean. The pool needs to be cleaned and maintained, there were lines of dirt at the waters edge and it was slightly green. The walls weren’t very soundproof, we could hear a dog barking, people partying and lots of noise from other rooms.

The room I paid for was handicapped and could sleep 6. Unfortunately the pull out couch was broken. The staff were excellent in giving me the room next to the original but floor space was severely reduced. The elevator has issues. Some bad craftsmenship on the walls and loose light fixture in my room. And to top it off was the layer of grime at the water level of the pool. Sadly I will not stay here again.
