5 minutes walking to the Niagara Falls! Family-size suite with private entrance.

Ideally located on a residential street, but just a 10-minute walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls Cozy Suite offers free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, a full equipment kitchen, and a washer & dryer.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and non-smoking. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, and a private/ensuite bathroom.

Our Cozy Suite is 0.6 km from the Hornblower Niagara Cruise attraction and Falls viewing areas. Casino Niagara is 650 meters away.

Your living space is located on the second floor around 700 ft sq. with independent air conditioning and fresh air exchange.

The entrance is at the side door of the house near the backyard parking lot. You need the door code to access the apartment.

Other things to note
The Cozy Suite's maximum capacity is FIVE people. Only one room can have an extra folding bed.

Maximum two car parking spaces provided for one stay. We have no more parking lot for extra cars.

Stairs were pretty steep and long if you are over 70 and knee problems , but other than that really nice shower and clean and modern .Does need a can opener !!

Lovely!!
We really enjoyed our stay, the suite was really lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The showers were great and the beds were really comfortable. Only a 20 minute walk to the horseshoe falls. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage before check in time as it enabled us to enjoy our afternoon without any worries. Would definitely recommend to friends/family visiting Niagara.

Perfect for small family
My husband, daughter, and I stayed in the Cozy Suite for two nights. It was cute, modern, and quiet. We appreciated the off-street parking. It was nice to walk just a few minutes to the attractions in Niagara Falls and return to a peaceful neighborhood. The suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a decent-sized shower, and a large kitchen. The decor is tasteful and modern. It doesn't say so in the listing but K-cups, tea, hot cocoa mix, and sugar are provided. We would stay here again.

Best Vacation in a long time
Truely enjoyed location and ability to walk to all Niagara Falls sites and tourist locations. Being able to wake up slow and eat breakfasts and dinner saved us a lot of money. Kevin and Anna were great host, answered all questions and let us use the washer and dryer. I would stay there again and have already recommend it to my friends.

Great for small families!
We stayed here April 1-3, and LOVED the experience! The owners are very attentive to text messages and generous in their quick response. The showers in both bedrooms are the best we’ve ever experienced in a rental~ pure luxury! The whole unit is just darling, with two nice sized bedrooms (good mattresses, which we greatly appreciated since we walked allllllllllll over the place and our backs were sore by the end of the day!) and a fantastic kitchen! We completely enjoyed our stay here, and were also thankful for the quiet neighborhood & free parking!
