It was very enjoyable and nice to come to back after a long day of site seeing. The kitchen was wonderful and plenty of seating for a large group or family. Loved that it was a 4 bdr and 4 bath. The host was great as well.

Gorgeous place just 15 min from the Falls

Our group, ranging from adults to age 7, loved staying in this very new and well-appointed home. The neighborhood was very quiet. Plenty of space for the grown ups to enjoy conversation while the kids played games and watched the big screen in the basement. Great places nearby to eat- and an easy drive to Niagara Falls.

Brand new everything!! So clean and tidy and every amenity you could need! Lots of room, our big group had lots of room to call their own. Would definitely stay there again. Quiet neighbourhood and quick 10 minute drive to any major attractions. Groceries, shopping and gas right around the corner.

Brand New Attached home near Niagara Falls

We enjoyed our stay in this brand new 4BR 4BA home near Niagara Falls. It is located in a new subdivision which is still under construction, though the unit itself and surrounding units are complete. A quiet get away from the of the Falls. Owner provided basic supplies. Thank you!

House was great. Temperature control not ideal

The house location was good for our group of four couples who were participating in a curling bonspiel. The house has two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms in the basement. Heating was good on the main floor and poor in the basement so needs some better controls for the HVAC system. Kitchen was great and no other issues arose during our stay.

Short vacation

This property worked well for our family of five. The unit was very clean and functional. We were there when the weather was hot and humid, the air conditioning was adequate - although the temperature varied on the two unit levels. We did have problems using the entry keypad. Owner might want to look into that as it would take several tries to unlock front door. We would recommend this unit!

Golf trip with friends

We had a great stay in Niagara. The house is very modern and clean and the location is great! I would have given 5 stars but there was a mix up in the description that indicated that there was a beautiful backyard and barbecue (though not listed in the amenities). We had planned a bbq and were caught off guard when there no bbq and no baking trays to use the oven instead. In the end, a friendly neighbour helped us out. Adding a bbq or updating the description will be an easy fix to put it back up to 5 stars👍

Best Birthday Ever! Amazing Property…

This VRBO property was absolutely perfect! It was even bigger than the pictures entail, I had a group of friends over for my birthday get together & it was absolutely amazing. The property was stunning, spacious & the cleanliness of the house was top tier! They have beautiful decor & even left me a cute little welcome note & gift upon arrival. The host was wonderful with response time & made sure everything was smooth sailing. Not to mention the area was great, minutes away from shops, stores & downtown Niagara. Worth every penny & more! I would (& will be) booking this property again no doubt! Thanks again!

It was good. There was a bad smell. It was unbearable. Only one towel in each room. The kitchen cutlery were dirty. We had to wash everything. There was little red insects on kitchen counter near sink. No chopping board. Otherwise the space was good. The game room was fun. Thanks

Perfect for seeing the Falls

This place was super clean, close to the Falls, and comfortable for all of us. I do have a few suggestions for the owner. Stock the kitchen better. We tried to make a spagetti dinner and could not find a frying pan. The other pans were too small for any kind of cooking. Also the projector in the basement was not working. I called and got no response from the owner. This was disappointing for the kids mostly. We looked forward to using the projector. The ping pong and air hockey was a hit for everyone. Nice Place, just minor improvements.

Niagara Falls Family Getaway

Property was as described. Newer property/furniture. We never cooked in, but used kitchen for leftovers, munchies, and coffee in the Keurig (pods provided). Nice large master bedroom. Towels and soap/shampoo/laundry pods provided. Need to bring wash cloths. Our grandkids (5 and 8) enjoyed the large screen projector and gaming table in basement. Couldn’t get regular TV channels, but logged into our Disney and Hulu channels. Basement was a little cooler than the main floor. Be careful on the stairs to basement. They are wood and can be slippery wearing socks. Our 8 year old fell down most of them—no injuries, just frightened. Very centrally located. Falls is about 7-8 minutes away. Not far from outlets and Niagara-on-the Lake (a must visit). Convenient to a Walmart, Tim Hortons, etc. Enjoyed visit to the Wayne Gretzky winery. Very nice place to stay. Out of the hustle/bustle of tourists.
