"Room is clean but air condition not strong, need to ON the fan. A lot of Vietnam guests and breakfast is crowded like war zone. Location is excellent as near to many restaurants."

I was very disappointed with my check-out experience at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang.
I stood in line for a long time waiting for someone to help me. Not a single staff member acknowledged me or offered assistance. Then, another guest walked up to the counter after me, and the staff immediately helped that person instead — completely ignoring me.
I felt frustrated and disrespected. As a paying guest, I expect fair treatment and basic courtesy. Ignoring someone who has been waiting and helping a newcomer first is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer premium service.
Management really needs to train their front desk staff on basic queue etiquette and customer respect. A bad check-out experience can ruin the entire memory of a stay — and that’s exactly what happened here.
Would I come back? No. Not unless things change dramatically."
"Pool and gym were great, however staff were very rude. The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on.
Massive amount of Russian tourists, we were the only English speakers within the resort, which made it a very difficult stay. "
"Perfect location to explore Nha Trang. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and has the perfect view over the beach, the hotel has a tunnel to the beach so that we don't have cross the busy road.
The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, there were some visible stains on the floor, and water dripping from the bath. The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request. "
