"It’s definitely more like a 3.5 star hotel. Very nice location, Room is clean. We got a villa which has its own pool, but there few large cockroaches swimming in it as well as a few dead ones in our bathroom when we checked in. The gym is 5 star besides a few broken machines, and the food drinks were pricey, as is the entire island shops. Beach was a bit rough sand. I was expecting soft white sand. Massage staff was excellent. Just wish other staff knew the location of activities."

Special thanks to the reception manager Thuyen to go out of her way to help us with our personal request, you are the best. This is a five star resort with a six star service.
