The manager knocked on my door advised me that family were trying to make contact, I used his phone to make calls and sort things out. A very good man. Thanks for your help."

"Julie was so easy to communicate with and made the check-in process super easy. The place was warm, comfortable and cosy and had everything I needed, even a secure place to park within a gate. Very short walk to the town centre but just enough out that it's quiet and peaceful!"

"Balmoral was an excellent house stay which accommodated 7 of my family for a funeral. The space was perfect for dining together & reflecting on the day & sharing family times. Heating in every room helps as it is very cold in Inverell & the house. Beautiful decor, finishes & comfort. The living room well appointed. Your luxury home, away from home. We recommend a 2 night stay anytime. My wife & I will be back."
