Lovely home, convenient location, nice stay

We had a small group (only two of us), so the house was significantly bigger than we needed. Had a very pleasant stay. Generally well equipped, comfortable, and easy to get around.

Pre wedding stay

We had another fabulous time at Oceans reach. This time for our daughter’s wedding at lusty glaze. It’s a real home from home and in a great location for lusty glaze (5 minute walk) and only a 15/20 walk into central Newquay. The house is very well appointed and has everything you would need. It also has lovely views from the back bedrooms of the ocean which is obviously fabulous. Thank you for letting us stay in your property again.

Home from home

Lovely house in great location. If there are any problems action is taken immediately. The dishwasher was broken on our arrival, a new one was in place within 3 days. House is very well equipped with everything you need.

Terrific!

Gorgeous house. Lots of space. Natural light. Secure garden. Fabulous sea view from main bedroom. Really Fabulous for us as family round the corner. Easy walk to Tolcarne for excellent beach swim and surf.

Lovely House

The house was lovely and clean and situated perfectly for access to all the beaches and the town. Check in was fabulous. Off road parking a big bonus. The sea views from the back bedrooms are gorgeous. Unfortunately we needed the heating on due to the rain, this was easily set up and the owners set it for us this was greatly appreciated. All lovely house, everything you would need for a stay, great communication with the owners and the manager. Cream, jam, scones and tea was a lovely touch.

Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wunderbare Strände sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Friends weekend away

The house was lovely very quiet near the sea and in walking distance of Newquay plenty of space and little garden at the back , don’t forget your teabags as none in the property

Perfect Cornish holiday

This is a fantastic holiday house in a great location. Lots of beaches to visit or a short walk to town. Local amenities are excellent- best pasties in the bakery and the largest portion of fish and chips ever from the chip shop around the corner. We would definitely book again.

Great house in ideal location

The house is a great size and is in an ideal location - walking distance to Newquay town. Garden is enclosed and opens into a utility so great for dogs too. Highly recommended

Great space, great location, well equipped, family friendly accommodation

Great experience from start to finish. Good communication with both the host and the property manager. Easy access and departure. Accommodation is in a great location with easy access to local beaches and shops. The space is ideal for a small group. Well equipped, clean and very family friendly. Only negative is all beds are all singles and not able to be pushed together without a gap due to bed frames. Thank you for our stay!! We look forward to returning next year!

Splendid house nicely situated

Perfect house for a family of five. Close enough to town for access bu far enough for peace and quiet. Walk to beaches, and good coastal walks and hikes. House had all required amenities and a lot of charm. Thank you Ian and Emma!

Good family friendly house

We at Two families that stay together for a week bodyboarding and surfing with 4 adults and 4 kids (15,11,11 and 9) The house was a great base for us all and provided the features we needed like two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with twin beds to stop the kids fighting in a double!! The owners were great with communications throughout the process and the property manager was quick and responsive when we had any enquiries.

Lovely spacious house with everything we needed for our stay. Located in an ideal location.

The house is located in an ideal place to explore the area, not too far but also not too close to Newquay centre and within walking distance to all the beaches etc. Great location to go walking and mountain biking and explore Cornwall. Found this to be a clean and well equipped house with everything we required during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Geschmackvolles und ruhiges Haus mit Meerblick

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist ideal für eine Familie mit bis zu 6 Kindern. Wir haben fantastisch geschlafen, es war unglaublich ruhig. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Erdgeschoß zum Aufenthalt und auch die Küche sind sehr großzügig. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die gewöhnungsbedürftige Toilettenspülung, die aber typisch für England ist und die etwas unpraktischen Duschen. Man kann bequem zu Fuß zu mehreren Stränden gelangen und zu einem Supermarkt, weitere Geschäfte sind auch fußläufig errreichbar.
