Checked in and given room keys. Went to enter room and cleaning staff was standing in the doorway. Room was still being cleaned. Cleaners were rushed to finish. Delta Hotels by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront Suites
Room had a roach in it. I was told i would receive a refund because i had checked out the room at 2:30am. Still not refund it’s been over a week. Staff just always says the manager isn’t available.

Comfort Inn & Suites Hampton near Coliseum
When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and no rooms were available. I let the check-in person know I had an event to attend. She went and found me a room.
