Recently Renovated Entire House in Downtown Newport Sleeps 16 / Off street parking

This beautifully renovated four unit house boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 half baths, and three pull out sofas right in the heart of downtown. This space is truly unique with four separate units which include two single bedrooms and two 2 bedroom apartments. (Please see below for full breakdown) There are also two full kitchens, a deck, is dog friendly, has mini splits and off street parking for seven cars. Located at the corner of Memorial and Thames you are in the heart of all of the action!

While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send us a message or give us a call.

10 Fair Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door.

Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.

There are four off street parking spots with one spot designated per unit. The onsite parking makes it easy for you to park your car and spend most of your time on foot with everything just outside your door.

10 Fair Street is a four unit building located right off Historic Thames Street. This building has two single rooms, and two fully stocked apartments. Having recently undergone a renovation, the entire building is bright and airy with beautiful bathrooms. There is a private deck off of the back unit which overlooks Memorial Blvd. This is the perfect space for a large group who wants to be together, but also wants to enjoy the privacy of individual spaces. Below you will find a breakdown of each space:

Unit 1: First floor, single room with queen size bed, coffee station, microwave, mini fridge and private bathroom (Sleeps 2)
Unit 2: Second and third floor townhouse style apartment with 2 bedrooms with queen beds, pull out sofa, full kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms (Sleeps 6)
Unit 3: Second floor, single room with queen size bed, pull out sofa, coffee station, microwave, mini fridge and private bathroom (Sleeps 4)
Unit 4: First floor and ground level townhouse style apartment with 2 bedrooms, pull out sofa, two living rooms, full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and private deck. (Sleeps 6)

All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come outfitted in high end linens and towels.
