Castle Inn

4.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (39)
"We really enjoyed our stay with The Castle Inn! The team were very welcoming to us and our
dogs
, the rooms were well presented, clean and comfortable. There is a good selection of local drinks available and the food selection and quality was outstanding! The little things really stood out too, such as the “Hungry Dawg” menu for the four-legged ones, a well presented beer garden for the warmer months and a beautiful restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit west...

"We had a lovely weekend at the hotel, the staff were very friendly, the evening meal and breakfast were very good. The village itself is very idyllic with some lovely walks right on the doorstep. The church is well worth a visit. Being able to take our
dog
Tilly with us and have her so welcomed in the hotel meant so much to us."

A beautiful rustic cottage full of character and period features

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (7)
"The accommodation is lovely, and you can tell the original owners really cared for the place, although it's under new management now. Because of this, the images online don’t fully reflect its current look and feel. The kitchen is wonderful and spacious, and the dishwasher is very convenient. The bathroom features a fantastic bath, and the hot water is brilliant—ideal after a day exploring. However, the plastic pipe attachment serving as the shower head takes a bit of getting used to.The...
