"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "Room was a lot bigger than expected, we stayed in the little annexe family room and it was wonderful. Clean and spacious, perfect for what we needed. Tea and coffee in the room, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. Helpful staff on check in, thank you for a lovely stay!"

The food was wonderful and the staff worked really hard to provide excellent service. Harriet was chatty, friendly and really concscientious and is a real credit to the team.
