Location, location, location!! This newly renovated home is located right in the heart of Newport and offers all of the amenities you crave when renting a home in historic Newport!

The property consists of, two bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, with extra sleeping quarters in the loft. A gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the open living/dining area and the kitchen offers gas cooking. There are two off street parking spots, as well.

The private, fully fenced in patio, makes for great outdoor experiences, complete with Dining table, lounge seating, gas fire-pit, grille and an outdoor shower to top it off!

Lovely home and location
The home is lovely and in a great location. We come to Newport every year with our dogs and genuinely enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we alter the property manager the dryer was broken. They promised to fix asap but the dryer was never fixed during our stay. This is one of the key perks for a rental home vs a hotel for us. This deducting 1 star.

Had a great time! House in the heart of Newport, attractively updated, wonderful outdoor space. We felt right at home! Only challenge was the house next door was getting a new roof while we were there so a lot of construction noise early in the am.

Beautiful newly renovated
Beautiful and newly renovated house. Pretty backyard patio, but unfortunately we had a very rainy weekend and weren’t able to enjoy it. Finishes in bathrooms are very well done and stylish. Beds were comfortable. The loft area has a bed but stairs up to it looked pretty challenging. Wouldn’t recommend for a child or anyone elderly. The house is wonderfully close to Thames st and fun to walk right from house. Our only issue was the noise outside until 2AM both nights from the neighbors, possibly college students.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Newport. The house was clean, well stocked and perfect for the two of us and our dog. We were close to restaurants, stores and the harbor. We had one minor problem and within an hour of our call, the problem was solved. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Can't say enough good about this property. It was the perfect location for where I needed to be. It was clean, check-in was easy, I am hopeful I can stay there every time I go to Newport.
